The objective of Petercam Equities Europe Dividend is to offer shareholders exposure to the equity market by means of an active portfolio management strategy. The portfolio of the sub-fund consists essentially of shares of companies having their registered office in a European country. The following are considered to be equivalent to shares of companies having their registered office in a European country: shares of other companies that have a significant proportion of their assets, activities and profit or decision-making centres in a European country. The sub-fund may also invest in any other securities conferring access to the capital of the companies referred to above. At least 50% of the portfolio must consist of the aforementioned shares and other securities generating a dividend yield or expected dividend yield higher than the average represented by the MSCI Europe index.
