Petercam Equities Euroland invests at least two thirds of its total assets in shares of companies whose head offices are in one of the Member States of the European Union that uses the euro as its national currency, and any securities giving access to these companies’ capital. The following are considered to be comparable to these European shares : shares in companies in third party countries that have a significant part of their assets, activities and profit or decision making centres in the countries referred to above.
