Petercam Equities North America invests at least 2/3 of its global assets in the shares of companies whose head offices are in a country located in the North American continent. The following are considered to be comparable to these North American shares: shares in companies in third party countries that have a significant part of their assets, activities and profit or decision making centers in the countries referred to above.
